 North Elementary School continues to offer our community a positive learning environment focused on academic achievement and social emotional student growth. North offers a desirable educational experience in a beautiful rural north woods setting. K-3 teachers have participated in a Federal Reading First grant initiative, which has resulted in highly trained literacy educators and rising test scores. K-6 teachers take part in a weekly study groups continually refining the art of teaching. The school has a nature trail, garden club, and there is an active PTO, which sponsors events throughout the school year. North Elementary is truly family centered, and an enriching educational experience.
